Paper Bead Bib Necklace Tutorial

Once again, I was craving some new jewelry.  And once again, I dug into my craft supplies and came up with something I really love :)

This bib necklace is flirty and fun, and great for Spring!  The necklace features two rows of beaded fringe made from paper beads.  If you've never made paper beads, you're in for a real treat.  Paper beads are easy to make (I've included a full tutorial with my directions) and can be made from any paper item - magazines, letters, catalogs, and even maps!

I chose some colorful images from my stash of Anthropologie catalogs to get some deep blues and greens to make my necklace.  This is a great recycling project!!
